De Rijksdienst voor Ondernemers (RVO) Nederland heeft aan ons teruggekoppeld dat deze regeling ook voor ondernemers in het buitenland toegankelijk is. Voorwaarde is o.a. dat de ondernemer een fysiek vestigingsadres in Nederland heeft en is ingeschreven bij de Nederlandse Kamer van Koophandel. De getroffen sectoren worden actueel uitgebreid.
