Der GIP EDR ber\u00e4t kostenlos zu den Themen Wohnen, Arbeiten, Studieren oder zu unternehmerischen T\u00e4tigkeiten im Nachbarland. Neben den Beratungen in der EDR-Gesch\u00e4ftsstelle in Bad Nieuweschans finden inzwischen unter anderem auch Sprechstunden in Papenburg, Emmen und Groningen statt.<\/p><p><b>Was ist EURES?<\/b><\/p><p>EURES steht f\u00fcr \u201eEuropean Employment Services\u201c und ist ein Kooperationsnetzwerk, das die Freiz\u00fcgigkeit der Arbeitnehmer in den 28 L\u00e4ndern der EU sowie in der Schweiz, Island, Liechtenstein und Norwegen erleichtern soll. Zu den Partnern geh\u00f6ren \u00f6ffentliche Arbeitsverwaltungen, private Arbeitsvermittlungen, Gewerkschaften, Arbeitgeberverb\u00e4nde und andere Akteure des Arbeitsmarktes geh\u00f6ren.<\/p><p><b>Was sind EURES-Berater?<\/b><\/p><p>EURES-Berater sind ausgebildete Fachkr\u00e4fte, die interessierten Arbeitsuchenden und Arbeitgebern die drei grundlegenden EURES-Dienstleistungen \u2013 Information, Beratung und Vermittlung \u2013 anbieten. Sie besitzen spezifische Fachkenntnisse in allen Fragen der Arbeitskr\u00e4ftemobilit\u00e4t auf nationaler und grenz\u00fcbergreifender Ebene \u2013 seien diese praktischer, rechtlicher oder verwaltungstechnischer Natur. Sie erf\u00fcllen ihre Aufgabe innerhalb der \u00f6ffentlichen Arbeitsverwaltung des jeweiligen Landes oder innerhalb der Partnerorganisationen des EURES-Netzes.
