Nog nergens wordt daarvoor een studie op universitair niveau aangeboden, zegt\u00a0voormalig rechter en hoogleraar prof. mr. dr. Gerhard Rijken. Hij vindt gehoor bij Doetinchems\u00a0\u00a0wethouder Ingrid Lambregts.<\/p>\n<div class=\"article__component article__component--paragraph\">\n<p class=\"article__paragraph\">Rijken deed zijn voorstel zondagmiddag in Amphion in een bijeenkomst met Achterhoekse kopstukken waarin de krimp het thema was. Rijken stelt dat van de komst van zo&#8217;n opleiding de hele Achterhoek kan profiteren. Hij wijst op naar Maastricht, waar de komst van de universiteit een grote verandering bracht. ,,Dat kan hier ook.&#8220;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article__component article__component--subheader\">\n<p><!-- article\/components\/subheader.html --><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"article__subheader\">Rechtenfaculteit<\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/ article\/components\/subheader.html --><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article__component article__component--paragraph\">\n<p class=\"article__paragraph\">Aan de hand van een aantal voorbeelden maakte hij duidelijk dat het Duitse recht ver voorop loopt bij het Nederlandse recht. ,,En Duits recht is Europees recht en geldt dus ook hier. Richt een rechtenfaculteit op waar de studenten ook worden ingewijd in het Duitse recht. Dan heb je een unieke studie die Doetinchem en de Achterhoek op de kaart zet, net zoals dat in Limburg is gebeurd.&#8220;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article__component article__component--paragraph\">\n<p class=\"article__paragraph\">Hij noemt als voorbeeld consumentenrecht, waar in Duitsland wettelijk meer is geregeld dan in Nederland. ,,Als de Lidl hier een tv in de aanbieding heeft en je die is op de eerste dag van de verkoop uitverkocht, dan is dat jammer. In Duitsland gaat de consument naar de rechter,\u00a0 want die artikelen moeten de eerste dag gewoon worden geleverd. Sindsdien is het daar afgelopen met die lokkertjes&#8220;, zegt Rijken. ,,Het Bundesgerichtshof gaat veel verder van de Nederlandse rechters. Als je bij de post een gouden lot krijgt met de tekst dat je een auto hebt gewonnen, moet die ook worden geleverd. De kleine lettertjes doen dan niet ter zake. Een tekst moet voor<i> Otto Gesamtverbrachter<\/i>\u00a0 &#8211; Jan Modaal &#8211;\u00a0 te begrijpen zijn.
