Nederlandse werknemers met een arbeidsverleden in Duitsland krijgen bij het bereiken van de pensioenleeftijd te maken met de zogenaamde \u2018Rente\u2019, oftewel pensioen volgens het Duitse pensioenstelsel. Maar hoe werkt de pensioenaanvraag in het buurland precies? Aan welke eisen moet je voldoen? Kun je naast je pensioen blijven werken? En heb je eigenlijk recht op pensioen uit Nederland \u00f3f Duitsland, of uit beide landen? Grenspendelaars die met pensioen gaan komen vaak voor vragen te staan. Om deze te beantwoorden organiseert het GrensInfoPunt Rijn-Waal in samenwerking met de Deutsche Rentenversicherung Rheinland op dinsdag 15 april een informatieavond over Duitse pensioenwetgeving.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tijdens de informatieavond zullen het GrensInfoPunt en de Deutsche Rentenversicherung Rheinland de belangrijkste aspecten van het Duitse pensioen, de zogenoemde \u2018Altersrente\u2019, toelichten. Ook de \u2018Erwerbsminderungsrente\u2019 komt aan bod. Dit is een pensioenvoorziening die wordt uitgekeerd bij (gedeeltelijke) arbeidsongeschiktheid voordat de pensioenleeftijd is bereikt. Verder zullen diverse online diensten en de mogelijkheden om een persoonlijke afspraak te maken aan bod komen. De bijeenkomst zal in het Duits plaatsvinden.<\/p>\n

Aanmelden en meer informatie<\/strong><\/h2>\n

De informatiebijeenkomst vindt plaats op dinsdag 15 april van 19.30 tot 21.30 uur in het Forum van de Euregio Rijn-Waal (Emmericher Stra\u00dfe 24, 47533 Kleve). De deuren openen om 18.45 uur. Ge\u00efnteresseerden kunnen zich tot en met 11 april aanmelden door contact op te nemen via +49 (0)2821-793079 of gip@euregio.org<\/a>. De Deutsche Rentenversicherung Rheinland is ook iedere laatste dinsdag van de maand aanwezig op het grenspendelaarsspreekuur van het GrensInfoPunt Rijn-Waal.
