Een onderwerp dat vaak nog niet zo eenvoudig is, zowel op persoonlijk als op juridisch vlak \u2013 en al helemaal wanneer het grensoverstijgend erfrecht betreft. Want wat gebeurt er als een Nederlander overlijdt terwijl hij of zij in Duitsland woont? Of als een Duitse erflater bezittingen heeft in Nederland? Wie erft wat precies en welke regels zijn er dan van toepassing? Geldt het Nederlandse of het Duitse erfrecht? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Om inwoners van de grensregio handvatten op het gebied van Nederlands en Duits erfrecht te bieden, organiseert het GrensInfoPunt van de Euregio Rijn-Waal in samenwerking met STRICK Rechtsanw\u00e4lte &amp; Steuerberater en Van Weeghel Doppenberg Kamps Notarissen op woensdag 11 juni een informatiebijeenkomst. Tijdens de bijeenkomst zullen de belangrijkste verschillen en aandachtspunten omtrent grensoverschrijdend erfrecht worden besproken. Ook zal praktische informatie worden geboden over onder andere:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wettelijke opvolging in beide landen<\/li>\n<li>Testamentaire erfopvolging<\/li>\n<li>Verschillen tussen het Nederlandse en het Duitse huwelijksvermogensrecht<\/li>\n<li>Belastingen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Aanmelden en meer informatie<br \/>\n<\/strong>De bijeenkomst is kosteloos toegankelijk en is bedoeld voor iedereen die in het Nederlands-Duitse grensgebied woont of werkt, en die meer wil weten over het Nederlandse of Duitse erfrecht. De informatieavond vindt plaats van 18.30 tot 21.00 uur op het kantoor van STRICK Rechtsanw\u00e4lte &amp; Steuerberater (Siemensstra\u00dfe 31, 47533 Kleve). De voertaal is Nederlands, maar eventuele vragen kunnen ook in het Duits worden gesteld.
