Het GrensInfoPunt Rijn-Waal, STRICK Rechtsanw\u00e4lte &amp; Steuerberater en Van Weeghel Doppenberg Kamps Notarissen geven hier op 24 juni meer uitleg over tijdens een informatieavond.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tijdens de bijeenkomst zullen de belangrijkste verschillen en aandachtspunten omtrent grensoverschrijdend erfrecht worden besproken. Daarnaast zullen er praktische handvatten worden geboden, bijvoorbeeld wanneer het gaat om wettelijke opvolging in beide landen, testamentaire erfopvolging, verschillen tussen het Nederlandse en Duitse huwelijksvermogensrecht en belastingen.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Goed voorbereid, goed geregeld<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>De bijeenkomst is bedoeld voor iedereen die in het Nederlands-Duitse grensgebied woont of werkt en meer wil weten over het Nederlandse of Duitse erfrecht, bijvoorbeeld om de eigen nalatenschap van tevoren goed te regelen. De informatieavond vindt plaats van 19.00 tot 21.00 uur (inloop vanaf 18.30 uur) in het Forum van de Euregio Rijn-Waal (Emmericher Stra\u00dfe 24, 47533 Kleve). Toegang is kosteloos. De voertaal is Nederlands, maar vragen kunnen eventueel ook in het Duits worden gesteld.
