In het eerste jaar van het grensoverschrijdende project \u2018Sorgen F\u00fcr, Sorgen Dass\u2018 hebben al 206 Nederlandse studenten stage gelopen bij zorginstellingen in Duitsland. Andersom gaat het om 27 Duitse stagiaires in Nederland, maar daar komen dit jaar nog 68 bij. Dit laat de Provincie Drenthe weten.<\/p>\n

Het project \u2018Sorgen f\u00fcr, sorgen dass\u2019 is een project in het noorden van Nederland en Duitsland, waarbij de focus ligt op de grensoverschrijdende samenwerking tussen opleidingen, stag…<\/span>iaires en werknemers in de zorg. Onlangs zijn de tussentijdse resultaten van het project gepresenteerd in Oldenburg, waar betrokken bestuurders bij aanwezig waren. In september hebben naar verwachting 281 Nederlandse en Duitse studenten in het buurland stage gelopen.<\/span><\/p>\n

De doelstelling van het project is om in totaal 800 studenten uit Noord-Nederland (400) en Noord-Duitsland (400) aan een stageplaats in het buurland te helpen. In Nederland worden bij 12 zorginstellingen Duitse studenten geplaatst, in Duitsland werken 27 zorgwerkgevers mee.<\/p>\n

Vanwege de bezuinigingen in de zorg in Nederland lopen tot nu toe meer Nederlandse studenten in Duitsland stage dan andersom. In Nederland zijn er daarom minder stageplekken voor Duitse studenten.<\/p>\n

Het project loopt nog tot en met 31 december 2018 en maakt onderdeel uit van het koepelproject Arbeidsmarkt Noord (INTERREG).<\/p>\n
