In samenwerking met KroeseWevers Accountants, Neuenhaus Advies, Euregio en KienhuisHoving Advocaten en Notarissen organiseren wij weer twee informatieavonden voor Nederlanders die in Duitsland wonen. Tijdens deze bijeenkomsten informeren wij u over belangrijke actualiteiten en aanstaande veranderingen in wet- en regelgeving.<\/p>\n

Onderwerpen en presentaties<\/h3>\n

Tijdens de informatieavonden worden diverse onderwerpen behandeld die voor u als Nederlander in Duitsland van belang zijn. Het is belangrijk dat u van deze regels en wijzigingen op de hoogte bent, mede door de mogelijke impact ervan op uw persoonlijke financi\u00eble situatie. Onderwerpen die aan bod komen zijn:<\/p>\n

Fiscale actualiteiten naar aanleiding van het nieuwe belastingverdrag tussen Nederland en Duitsland<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Op 1 januari 2016 is het nieuwe belastingverdrag tussen Nederland en Duitsland in werking getreden. De effecten van de overgangsregeling zijn ook in 2019 merkbaar. Daarnaast zien we dat de Europese regelgeving steeds vaker de kant kiest van de werknemer, waardoor aftrekposten alsnog kunnen worden geeffectueerd. Farial Karimi-Walibabak informeert u graag over relevante fiscale actualiteiten.<\/p>\n

Verzekeringen<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Mevrouw Heinen (Neuenhaus Advies) zal u informeren over zaken omtrent verzekeringen in Duitsland. Tevens geeft zij antwoord op veelgestelde vragen over verzekeringen.<\/p>\n

Sociale zekerheid en ziektekostenverzekering<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

De heer Lammers (Euregio) zal u bijpraten over sociale verzekeringen. Tevens zal hij extra aandacht besteden aan de ziektekostenverzekering<\/p>\n

Grensoverschrijdend erfrecht<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Mevrouw Steenhuis (KienhuisHoving Advocaten en Notarissen) informeert u over de actualiteiten op het gebied van grensoverschrijdend erfrecht.<\/p>\n
