Das hei\u00dft, dass die Antragstellung bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt auch\nnoch mittels der im Internet zur Verf\u00fcgung stehenden Antragsvordrucke erfolgen\nkonnte<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ab dem 1. Januar 2019 sind das elektronische\nAntragsverfahren und die elektronische Ausstellung der Bescheinigung A1 f\u00fcr entsandte\nBesch\u00e4ftigte f\u00fcr Antragsteller und ausstellende Stellen verpflichtend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elektronische Antragstellung nicht f\u00fcr alle\ngrenz\u00fcberschreitenden Erwerbst\u00e4tigkeiten m\u00f6glich <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Das elektronische Antragsverfahren gilt nur f\u00fcr entsandte\nBesch\u00e4ftigte und f\u00fcr Beamte und Mitarbeiter des \u00f6ffentlichen Dienstes. Eine\nelektronische Antragstellung kommt damit insbesondere nicht in Betracht f\u00fcr<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Selbst\u00e4ndige, <\/li><li>Personen, die gew\u00f6hnlich in mehreren\nMitgliedstaaten erwerbst\u00e4tig sind (z. B. Fernfahrer) und <\/li><li>Personen, die im Rahmen eines bilateralen\nSozialversicherungsabkommens (z. B. mit den USA oder China) entsandt werden. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In diesen F\u00e4llen ist die Bescheinigung A1 bzw. Entsendebescheinigung nach bilateralem Recht wie bisher mittels der zur Verf\u00fcgung stehenden Vordrucke (abzurufen \u00fcber <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dvka.de\/de\/arbeitgeber_arbeitnehmer\/antraege_finden\/gewoehnliche_erwerbstaetigkeit_mitgliedstaaten\/gewoehnliche_erwerbstaetigkeit_mitgliedstaaten.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"www.dvka.de (opent in een nieuwe tab)\">www.dvka.de<\/a>) zu beantragen.
