We offer independent, personalized, and free advice.\nWe provide information to citizens and employers. This includes topics such as employment, relocation, pensions and government benefits. What should you consider when moving to a neighboring country or working there as a cross-border worker? We can provide you with all the information you need!
At the Dutch-Flemish cross border region you will find the Scheldemond Information Point. It is in the municipality of Terneuzen. Our services are easily accessible -throughout the entire region.
We can advise you at the Information Point by telephone, email or in person by appointment in Terneuzen. You can also attend our consultation days held throughout the year in libraries in Hulst, Oostburg and Terneuzen. Alternatively, you can send us your questions using the enquiry and contact form at our website.
It is important to state that your nationality does not affect your eligibility for our services. After all, one can be labelled as a cross-border commuter as soon as one lives in one country, but works, studies, has a foreign enterprise, receives a pension or benefits from the other country.
Nor does it matter on which side of the border one requests the information request. All our advisers have the basic information about legislation and practical regulations in both countries<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
