{"id":571,"date":"2017-02-27T14:22:16","date_gmt":"2017-02-27T13:22:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/grenzinfo.eu\/eus\/?page_id=571\/"},"modified":"2026-02-19T14:43:16","modified_gmt":"2026-02-19T13:43:16","slug":"grensinfopunt-bij-het-acv","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/grenzinfo.eu\/eus\/bij-wie-kan-u-terecht\/grensinfopunt-bij-het-acv\/","title":{"rendered":"Grensinfopunt bij het ACV"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Wie kan hier terecht?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Werknemers, gepensioneerden<\/p>\n<p><b>Voor welke info kan u bij het ACV Oost-Vlaanderen Grensinfopunt terecht:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Als\u00a0grensarbeider kan u\u00a0bij ons terecht voor gratis advies en informatie bij vragen over sociale zekerheid (ziekte, werkloosheid, kinderbijslag), werk (loon en arbeidsvoorwaarden) en fiscaliteit (waar betaal ik belastingen?).<\/p>\n<p>Grensarbeiders die lid zijn van het ACV hebben recht op ondersteuning en tussenkomst bij de betrokken instanties inzake loon, sociale zekerheid, fiscaliteit maar ook bij het invullen (en eventueel bezwaar) van de Nederlandse of Belgische belastingaangifte.
