Personal and individual counselling for cross-border commuters from the Netherlands and Germany
We clarify your questions about old-age pension, health insurance and pension insurance, child benefit and parental allowance, social security contributions and general questions about social insurance in the event of unemployment, illness or reduced earning capacity.
The counselling takes place in cooperation with experts from the BDZ – Bureau voor Duitse Zaken of the Sociale Verzekeringsbank (NL), the GWO team (an association of the Finanzverwaltung NRW and the Belastingdienst Nederland), the health insurance companies AOK and CZ, the UWV-WIA (Uitvoeringsinstituut Werknemersverzekeringen – Werk en Inkomen naar Arbeidsvermogen) and the DRV (Deutsche Rentenversicherung).
We will advise you free of charge. However, registration is required.
Please make an appointment via the office of the GrenzInfoPunkt Aachen-Eurode. For appointments, you can reach us Tuesdays to Thursdays from 09:00 – 15:30 and Fridays from 09:00-12:30.
