Experts from the Familienkasse Rheinland-Pfalz-Saarland, Elterngeldstellen close to the border, an office from North Rhine-Westphalia responsible for Kinderzuschlag, the Sociale Verzekeringsbank (Bureau voor Duitse Zaken) and the GrenzInfoPunkte will be present at the meeting to answer your personal questions.
